Expertise in transactional knowledge and skill related to complex commercial agreements (e.g. general commercial and specialized/subject matter agreements). Expected to directly negotiate with third parties.Disputes. Manage dispute and/or litigation matters related to [Subject Matter / Business Unit Focus]Leadership and People Management:Legal Department Leadership.Expected to work with and oversee legal staff, including attorneys and legal analysts (no reporting relationship required).May have direct reports (development opportunity).Organizational Leadership. Participates in and leads projects, as requested.Legal Department Collaboration. Receive and review legal work from stakeholders and members of the legal department.Subject Matter and/or Practice Type Expertise:Expertise / General Knowledge:Knowledge of [Subject Matter Focus].Knowledge of and building expertise in retail. Knowledge of basic accounting/finance. Considers financial impact when making decisions.Outside Counsel Interaction. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
