Primary Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role with responsibilities including patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties. Experience with insurance and VOB is valued. Exercise knowledge is a plus. Administrative Duties: Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system. Conduct follow-up calls regarding patient progress. Refer complex requests to appropriate staff. Maintain a friendly environment, greet patients, and uphold high standards of patient service. Monitor inventory levels of clinical and office supplies. Scan and upload documents into patient files daily. Assist in training staff on procedures as requested. Support clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability and success. Clinical Duties (based on credentials): Obtain vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, administer IM injections. Prepare lab forms and obtain results. Assist with patient referrals. Document patient progress in charts or EMR. Follow-up calls to patients about progress. Perform other clinical duties as required. Requirements: Medical Assistant certification. Front office experience with insurance and VOB knowledge. Experience in EKG and phlebotomy. Exercise training (a plus).
