Admissions Coordinator

Overview The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is seeking an Admissions Coordinator beginning in the summer or fall of 2026. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the overarching enrollment efforts, from reaching prospective families in the greater community to holding the picture of the parents once they’ve enrolled. The enrollment efforts build on the public relations and marketing efforts of the Development office to draw prospective families to the school, and work with the Enrollment Committee, Communications Committee, faculty, staff and board to create and implement the enrollment strategies for the school’s present and future needs. Hours The Admissions Coordinator is hired to work full time to complete necessary tasks and goals. Daily hours are 8am-4pm, with some variation based on tours and events. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in admissions or enrollment at an educational institution, Waldorf experience, and/public relations, marketing, and outreach skills and experience Background or familiarity with Waldorf education preferred Strong communication, writing and editing skills Able to work collaboratively Organizational skills Project management Computer/technology adaptability Strong work ethic Benefits Tuition remission Health insurance Simple IRA with employer match Paid time off The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is dedicated to providing students with a rich curriculum with a holistic approach.
