The analyst will conduct legal and regulatory research, analyze Spanish-language materials, and develop reports, policy analyses, and briefing materials for government stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal, regulatory, legislative, and policy research related to international trade.Research and analyze Mexican laws, regulations, government policies, and labor requirements.Review Spanish-language legal and regulatory documents and prepare English-language summaries and analysis.Support research involving labor obligations, workers' rights, and enforcement activities.Prepare research memoranda, reports, issue papers, presentations, and executive briefings.Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting implementation.Collaborate with attorneys, policy analysts, trade specialists, and federal stakeholders.Maintain accurate research documentation and supporting sources.Required QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Law, Legal Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, International Affairs, or related field.Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to analyze Spanish-language legal documents.3+ years of legal, regulatory, policy, legislative, or international trade research experience.Experience researching Mexican or Latin American laws, regulations, or policies.Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Aalis Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
