We're growing, moving fast, and looking for a talented Marketing Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys planning events, staying organized, supporting a team, and wants to build a long-term career in marketing. You'll play an important role in keeping our marketing and business development efforts running smoothly while gaining exposure to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. What You'll Do As a Marketing Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day activities that keep our marketing department organized, connected, and moving forward. Events & Sponsorships Coordinate industry event registrations, sponsorships, and conference logistics. Track annual memberships, sponsorship commitments, and marketing budgets. Help organize company attendance at professional association events. Manage ticket programs, company outings, sporting events, and employee raffles. Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate company happy hours, volunteer events, team-building activities, and office celebrations. Assist with internal communications and promotional initiatives. Support monthly training programs and professional development events. Help create a positive employee experience through thoughtful event planning and coordination. Marketing Administration Maintain CRM records, business development databases, and marketing libraries. Track marketing opportunities, deadlines, event calendars, and contact information. Assist with document organization, data entry, and departmental reporting. Support internal marketing processes and administrative functions. Provide administrative support for company-wide initiatives, special projects, and office operations as needed. Marketing & Growth Support Assist with promotional materials, graphics, presentations, and branded content. Help coordinate university recruiting events, career fairs, and outreach programs. Learn Adobe InDesign and proposal development processes over time. Support subconsultant coordination and proposal activities as your experience grows. Take on new responsibilities and marketing initiatives as your career develops. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of administrative, marketing, or business support experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Interest in marketing, event planning, communications, or business development. Experience coordinating events, schedules, or administrative processes. Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or marketing platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required. A self-starter who enjoys working with people and bringing ideas to life. Why Latitude 33?
