Marketing Campaign Manager

Field Marketing ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis to support Health & Life Sciences (HLS) marketing campaigns during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will report directly to the Field Marketing Senior Lead, who will be overseeing both Financial Services and HLS campaigns, providing critical support to maintain operations and campaign execution in the HLS vertical.Campaign Management & ExecutionExecute field marketing campaigns for Health & Life Sciences verticalCoordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverablesManage third party activationsTrack campaign performance and provide regular reportingCreate quarterly media briefs based on current goals and prioritiesCross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with field marketers, partners, sales programs, and AR teamsCoordinate with product marketing for HLS-specific messagingOperational SupportMaintain campaign calendars, decks and project timelinesAssist with budget trackingHelp project manage marketing programsStrategic SupportContribute to HLS campaign strategy discussionsSupport measurement and optimization initiativesAssist with campaign post-mortems and learnings documentationRequired QualificationsExperience & Background3-5 years of field marketing or demand generation experienceExperience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in healthcare/life sciencesSkills & CompetenciesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesData-driven mindset with experience in campaign analyticsAbility to work independently while supporting a distributed teamExperience with CRM systems and marketing technology stackPreferred QualificationsSalesforce ecosystem experienceExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
