We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to provide essential human resources consultation and support. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning people strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to management, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your insights and guidance will directly impact the growth and development of our teams, contributing significantly to our overall success. What You’ll Do Provides human resources consultation and tactical support to line managers and senior leaders across various functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training. Handles complex performance management and employee relations cases requiring discretion, high judgment, and deep problem-solving skills. Structures, organizes, and facilitates seasonal talent reviews, which includes working closely with executive assistants to schedule leadership sessions. Creates exceptionally thorough documentation of all ongoing HR activities to ensure a flawless knowledge transfer and handoff both before and after the 8-week leave period. Works cross-functionally and partners closely with the three peer HRBPs who support the Product and Design teams. What You’ll Bring Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area of specialty and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner. Must have prior experience specifically supporting software development engineers and understanding how technology organizations operate. Operates as a tactical "do-er" who is comfortable relying on experience and judgment to dive into day-to-day administrative tasks rather than focusing strictly on high-level strategy. Demands high technical proficiency utilizing Workday for people data, Slack for heavy asynchronous communication, and Google Suite for daily operations.
