Job DescriptionReady to take your career global?Make your mark at one of the world’s leading payments companies.What you’ll ownWe’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager, B2B to help define and drive this strategy and lead the transformation required to position us as a market leader in B2B payments.Hybrid Work Arrangement: This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, with an expectation to work on-site at our Cincinnati (Governor's Hill) office location 2-3 days per week.Partner with strategy leadership and business unit stakeholders to define and execute Global Payments’ B2B strategy, supporting the ambition to establish a leading position in B2B paymentsDrive strategic transformation initiatives required to expand and scale our B2B business across products, markets, and customer segmentsIdentify and unlock cross-business opportunities across revenue, product, and cost synergies to enhance overall financial performanceProvide strategic insights to senior leadership on the competitive landscape, market trends, risks, and industry developments in B2B paymentsEstablish and embed a consistent enterprise-wide strategy framework across business unitsRepresent Global Payments externally as a thought leader in B2B payments with clients, analysts, and industry forumsWhat you’ll bringStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, global organizationProven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, high-impact environmentsAbility to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align diverse organisations and prioritiesExperience operating across multiple regions, functions, and business units in a global environmentAnalytical, data-driven problem solver with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skillsStrong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-endBackground in management consulting or strategy roles preferredExperience in B2B payments or broader financial services preferredExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insightsAbout the teamOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
