Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director for a direct hire opportunity in the food and beverage production industry. This senior sales leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, retail channel expansion, and revenue growth across U.S. and Canadian markets.

The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director will lead account strategy, commercial negotiations, PL performance, and new business development for noodle and beverage product categories. This is a strong opportunity for a results-oriented sales leader who wants to make a measurable impact within a stable, growing organization.

This role offers supportive leadership, a collaborative team environment, and direct partnership with executive leadership, marketing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams. The right candidate will have the opportunity to influence long-term market growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable revenue and profit performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Manage PL performance, including forecasting accuracy, trade investment, pricing discipline, margin governance, and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract agreements, trading terms, customer business reviews, and strategic account planning.
- Drive growth of noodle and beverage products across U.S. and Canadian retail channels, with a focus on mainstream retail expansion.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, executive leadership, and internal teams to support brand alignment, product availability, and operational execution.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage channel conflicts, and support sustainable market share, revenue, and profit growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead strategic account planning and Joint Business Plan development for key retail customers.
- Manage commercial negotiations, customer agreements, pricing strategy, trade investment, and PL performance.
- Drive new business development and retail channel growth across U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to support revenue growth.

- Bilingual Mandarin and English communication skills required.
- 10+ years of professional sales, business development, national account, regional account, or commercial leadership experience.
- Strong background in food and beverage production, consumer packaged goods, retail sales, or related product categories.
- Proven experience managing PL performance, forecasting, margin discipline, pricing, and trade investment.
- Experience leading annual commercial negotiations, customer business reviews, contract terms, and strategic account plans.
- Strong understanding of retail channel growth, mainstream retail expansion, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, resolve channel conflicts, and build sustainable growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with noodle, beverage, or Asian food product categories.
- Existing relationships with U.S. or Canadian mainstream retail accounts.
- Experience supporting growth across both U.S. and Canadian retail markets.
- Strong background in Joint Business Planning, category growth strategy, and long-term account development.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $140,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: City of Industry, CA.
