Job Title: Production Associate

Position Type: Full time

Classification: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay Rate: $27.01/hour plus $1.25/hour overnight shift premium. Double pay for any unscheduled work. Time and a half for any overtime. Time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience
