2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $20-$23/hr + 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

• Assemble components and subassemblies using blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions
• Perform assembly line and production-related tasks to meet daily manufacturing goals
• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Support and train less experienced assemblers as needed
• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards

• 2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Previous assembly line experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience training, mentoring, or assisting other team members
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa,AZ.
