Registered Nurse - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, working 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with various conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, chest pain, and post-operative needs.

• Deliver patient care in an acute care setting with a focus on providing support for respiratory conditions and post-operative recovery.
• Monitor patient status and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assure patient safety and adherence to established care protocols.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.
• Valid nursing license.
• Experience in acute care nursing preferred.
