Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Carrollton, TX. The Sales Representative will actively prospect and engage new and existing customers, including designers, contractors, builders, and distributors, to promote porcelain slab and quartz stone products. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and showroom demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, tracking orders, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will also gather market feedback, support promotional events, and contribute to sales strategies that grow revenue and strengthen the company’s presence in the surfaces and materials market. Qualifications Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, surfaces, or related construction and design industries. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features and benefits clearly. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management, follow-up, and accurate record-keeping in CRM tools. Customer service mindset, with the ability to understand project requirements, offer tailored solutions, and resolve issues promptly. Comfort working in an on-site showroom or warehouse environment, including occasional product handling and site visits. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and willingness to learn company-specific tools. High level of integrity, reliability, and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to visit clients and project sites as needed. Previous experience in interior design, architecture, or construction sales is a plus.
