Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be integral to our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couple’s therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, medical stresses, and difficulties associated with blended families.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members, helping to rebuild relationships and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Creating treatment plans that address each client's specific circumstances and goals.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of sessions in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to ongoing organizational improvement.
