The Opportunity

\n

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
\n
• Current PA state license is a plus.
\n

\n

The Practice

\n

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital – Darby, Pennsylvania

\n

\n
• Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and closed ICU.
\n
• Subspecialty backup available excluding neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and rheumatology
\n
• 18 encounters per day; 10 encounters per night
\n
• Epic EMR.
\n
• Codes run by intensivists; no procedures required; no vent management.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
