The Opportunity We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and revolutionize our marketing strategies. The Role The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our leadership team, tasked with crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our firm's vision and goals. This position demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, covering areas such as digital marketing, brand management, client relationship building, and market research. This position is based in our Chicago, IL office, with regular coordination with our other office locations. Reporting Structure The Marketing Manager will report directly to the firm's Managing Partners and SFA. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the firm's objectives. Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, content creation, event management, and public relations initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and develop targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention. Utilize data‑driven strategies to enhance market presence and client engagement. Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment. Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships within the firm and with external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably in the legal or professional services sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and client relationship building. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Experience in budget management and data‑driven decision‑making. Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for identifying and seizing market opportunities.
