About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ER Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night and Day rotations Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 3 years of experience in emergency nursing - Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations. Effectively uses the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and continual reassessment. Serves as a patient advocate and effectively coordinates care. Continually promotes safety and clinical quality in daily practice. This position will be a true float role. The individual will float 100% of the time between assigned locations. Scheduling may vary, with notifications about work locations provided 2 hours before starting a shift. Weekend rotation and on-call availability are required. Ability to manage a variety of patient conditions and emergency situations is essential. Works in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and quick decision-making. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics. Travel experience is required for this position. Strong clinical skills in emergency care are necessary.
