Commercial Roofing Foreman – Lead High-Impact Commercial Exterior Projects

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-impact commercial roofing projects while managing on-site crew operations. This role empowers you to direct field safety, ensure structural quality, and mentor technicians in an organization committed to year-round employment. You will lead hands-on installations while maintaining complete operational control on out-of-town job sites.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise, train, and motivate field crews in the installation of low-slope single-ply roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen.
• Direct daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to manufacturer standards.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and environmental standards across all active project locations.
• Manage multi-system commercial installations while coordinating material handling and equipment logistics on-site.
• Resolve complex installation conflicts and technical challenges directly on the roof to maintain progress.
• Maintain clear lines of communication and build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and field management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial low-slope single-ply roofing installation and job site supervision.
• Proven track record of supervising, leading, and training field teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Deep working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of working hours to remote project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy for project reporting, documentation, and operational communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple commercial projects concurrently while negotiating on-site resource needs.
