PCS TrakNOW Implementation & Customer Support Specialist

PCS is seeking a full-time Implementation & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing the PCS TrakNOW software suite, a fully integrated back-of-house (BOH) solution designed specifically for K-12 School Food and Nutrition Programs. The TrakNOW suite includes comprehensive modules for menu planning and production, inventory management, ordering and receiving, and reporting , enabling school nutrition departments to efficiently manage daily operations while meeting USDA and state nutrition requirements. Lead software implementations for new customers, including planning, configuration, training, testing, and go-live support. Provide timely, professional customer support by phone, email, and remote sessions. Create, update, and maintain user manuals, training materials, and online documentation. Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and work with the development team to resolve customer concerns. Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and operational experience. Gather business requirements and write detailed functional specifications for future software enhancements. Stay current on USDA regulations, state requirements, and best practices affecting K-12 School Food and Nutrition Programs. Qualifications Experience working in or supporting K-12 School Food and Nutrition Programs. Familiarity with inventory management, menu planning, purchasing, or foodservice operations. Knowledge of USDA school nutrition regulations and meal pattern requirements. Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer implementations, training, and conferences.
