Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Support procurement processes and manage project resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites. Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders regularly. Provide support in resolving any project-related challenges or conflicts.

The successful applicant will have 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Experience with hospitality commercial construction projects is preferred. Understanding of project management processes, budgeting, and scheduling principles is required. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts is necessary. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
