Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full-Time | Remote (South Texas Area) Position Overview As an Insurance Account Representative with Lorena Villa State Farm, you will play a key role in driving agency growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This sales-focused position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as an Auto and Home Insurance specialist, ensuring a seamless transition by scheduling post-sale appointments for the in-house service team. Proactively engage with agency-provided leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities. Cultivate referrals from new customers and expand business through personal and professional networks. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions within agency systems. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. Operate in a fully sales-focused capacity; this role does not include servicing inbound customer inquiries or existing accounts. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required. Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must maintain a professional and reliable home office environment (subject to approval). Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $32,000 – $38,000, plus uncapped commission potential.
