About the Job

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on helping others stay focused and productive? We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and streamline day-to-day operations with efficiency, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a critical role in managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating various administrative tasks to keep our leadership team on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including errands, event coordination, and travel logistics.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, contacts, and documentation using cloud-based tools.
  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and address them proactively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management platforms.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with project management or communication tools
  • Background in e-commerce, tech, or a digital-first business environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in fast-moving scenarios.
