Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement (pending status considered for travel candidates)
• Experience with school-based psychological evaluations across diverse age groups
• Familiarity with MTSS processes and early intervention transitions, including TPBA
• Strong organization and communication skills to effectively manage meetings and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and conduct domain meetings for comprehensive student evaluations (approx. 63 annually)
• Oversee all aspects of evaluation processes, maintaining compliance and quality
• Manage early intervention (EI) transition, including TPBA (handled 17 transitions last year)
• Attend and contribute to MTSS referral meetings for individual student cases as needed
• Serve as a district representative without ongoing day-to-day classroom or building psych responsibilities

Position Details:

• Contract position with an immediate start; runs through June 19th, 2027
• Standard work hours are 7:45 am to 3:30 pm, offering a dependable schedule
• No requirement for CPI training as the role is housed at the district office
