As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts. Document daily activities, incidents, observations, and patrol findings in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
