Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the patient's needs and risks.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, setting specific, measurable goals that reflect their unique cultural considerations and aspirations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and SFBT, across varied settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, skillfully addressing acute distress situations while ensuring continuity of care among healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with skills to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjust plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health, applying this knowledge in your clinical work to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
