The ideal candidate will not only manage traditional EA responsibilities such as scheduling, travel, and communication but will also leverage Monday.com to streamline workflows, track projects, and improve team productivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day executive support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Use Monday.com to manage tasks, monitor project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Create dashboards and reports in Monday.com for leadership visibility. Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Monday.com (boards, automations, dashboards, integrations). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). High level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Preferred: Experience supporting C-level executives.
