Staff Accountant

Responsible for managing general ledger activities, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Post daily treasury transactions to the general ledger Perform daily accounts receivable reconciliation and process RMAs, debit, and credit notes Code general ledger accounts for accounts payable invoicing Track capital expenditures (CapEx), including project setup and budget monitoring Maintain fixed asset records, including additions and disposals Set up and maintain customer and supplier records Prepare property tax filings Update monthly surcharge and transfer pricing schedules Prepare and post journal entries Perform general ledger account reconciliations Maintain organized accounting records and documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Assist with annual budgeting processes Support external audit activities Provide cross-functional support for invoicing, payroll, and other accounting functions Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a staff accounting role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data formatting) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
