If you have crushed it in vacation ownership, pharmaceutical or medical device sales, solar, pest control, or any high-activity D2D environment, you already have the skills to win here. Top closers, this is your next move. First-year earning potential of $100,000. Top reps earning $250,000 or more. No commission cap.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full sales process from outreach to close
• Engage prospects via phone and email with confidence and urgency
• Build trust quickly, understand client needs, and close with conviction
• Maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers
• Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and CRM-based pipeline management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willing to learn the CNC and manufacturing industry. No prior CNC experience required, we hire for hustle and we train the rest
