Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to gather crucial insights into their emotional and behavioral challenges, tailoring individualized treatment plans that effectively address their needs.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches designed to promote clients' personal growth and enhance their overall mental health.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and diligently monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage clients in evidence-based practices and utilize tools such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies to facilitate healing.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship conflicts, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Full licensure and credentials in the state of Arizona, affirming your qualification to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus to recognize your commitment to our mission.
