Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Data & Insights

Job Description The Enterprise Data & Insights - Lead Product Manager role leads the development and launch of data products for all Corporate functions (HR, Finance, EHS, etc.), from concept to end of life, using waterfall or agile methodologies. Job Details This is not a remote position and will report to our headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities Partners with senior leaders to develop and execute product strategy, including roadmaps, priorities, pricing, budgeting, positioning, and messaging. Develop strategies to define product requirements in partnership with the business and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure the product vision is well understood and executed. Conduct market research and analysis on corporate‑function‑related data and products to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats. Drive strategies to define, track, and report on product metrics to measure success and prepare new strategies as needed. Shape and prioritize the product backlog and determine business expertise and understanding of customer needs. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, guiding the team to deliver products on time, on budget, and with quality standards. Manage knowledge documentation in support of the product and provide guidance as needed. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product innovation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum 9 years in technology product management). 6+ years experience launching and managing successful technology products. Extensive knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologies. Knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practices. Ability to conduct advanced market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proven experience with hardware or software product development. Experience with user‑experience (UX) design principles and customer‑centric design thinking. Expertise in business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language. Minimum age 18. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Product Manager). Supervisory or team‑lead experience. Experience in data strategy & innovation. Proven experience analyzing data and developing insights to support business decision‑making. Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, BO, MicroStrategy). Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, R, Excel).
