Account Manager

The Account Manager oversees client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating services, addressing concerns, and driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products or services on time
Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and management
Ensure client satisfaction and resolve problems promptly
Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights
