Our four veterinarians have a uniquely collaborative approach to cases and a shared focus on personal goals and practice philosophy. Our moderate schedules allow for focused time to be spent on medical and surgical cases. We have state-of-the-art equipment and a wonderful and highly-trained support staff.
The goal at Baxter Creek Clinic is to make quality work/life balance a priority. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine that is tailored to specific patient and client needs, while honoring your personal goals for practicing medicine. Pay is a set salary with regular raises to encourage a communal approach to cases without the stress of commission-based pay. The work schedule is short work weeks with no weekend shifts and no on-call or emergencies.
