Aarow of Idaho is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Direct Service Providers to work with adults with developmental disabilities in our Residential Habilitation (ResHab) program.
???? Locations: Nampa, Boise & Meridian, Idaho
⏰ Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time
???? Training Provided
Caregiver Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with daily living skills and personal care
• Supporting medication assistance and documentation
• Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
• Helping clients develop independence and life skills
• Providing transportation to appointments, shopping, activities, and community outings
• Encouraging socialization and community involvement
• Following each client’s Individual Support Plan
• Maintaining accurate daily documentation
• Providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Advocating for the dignity, choices, and independence of the adults we serve

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Dependable and professional
• Compassionate and patient
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
