Industrial CNC Maintenance Specialist

Your mission

Keep our production equipment running safely, reliably, and at peak performance by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and related systems. Step in for occasional facility maintenance when neededalways with safety first.

Key outcomes

• Complete scheduled PMs to OEM specs and internal standards.
• Diagnose and correct faults across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical subsystems.
• Minimize downtime through fast, accurate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Identify wear, damage, or out-of-tolerance conditions; repair or replace components.
• Install and align parts, sensors, and control elements; verify operation.
• Function-test equipment after service; document results in the CMMS.
• Read and apply technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals to plan work.
• Track spares and recommend reorder quantities.
• Collaborate with production to sequence repairs with minimal disruption.
• Support equipment installations, retrofits, and CI initiatives.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas; adhere to LOTO and all safety procedures.
• Perform light building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, infrastructure) as needed.

What youll need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting production machinery and CNC equipment.
• Competence with pneumatics, hydraulics, low-voltage controls, motor controls, and three-phase power.
• Ability to interpret schematics, prints, manuals, and work instructions.
• Fluency with hand/power tools and diagnostic meters/testers.
• Basic computer literacy for work orders and maintenance records.
• Self-starter who can prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and reaching.

Preferred qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or similar.
• Experience with CMMS and structured PM programs.
• Hands-on work with CNCs, assembly equipment, conveyors, or automated manufacturing lines.
• Forklift/scissor lift/aerial lift certifications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Schedule & pay

• Onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• No travel.
• Overtime as business needs dictate, including weekends or extended shifts.

Starting pay: $25.00 $32.00 per hour. Full-time, hourly role.
