The sign-on bonus is available and split into two payments. The first $500 is achieved simply by showing up fully licensed on day one, and writing 15 items by the end of your first month. The second $500 is earned by writing 20 items your second month (a deal a day).

Client Consultation: Engage with current and potential policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized advice.

Inbound Inquiries: Efficiently handle inquiries and offering effective solutions.

Policy Customization: Develop and recommend insurance plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional relevant insurance services.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required before starting & Licensing assistance is available

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial
