BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Greenville, SC 29607 . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high - quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:

o HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required)

o Electrical repairs

o Plumbing repairs

o Appliance diagnostics and repair

o Carpentry and general maintenance

• Assist with unit turns and make - ready preparation

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards


Requirements

• EPA or HVAC certification required

• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

• Reliable, punctual, and detail - oriented

• Strong communication and customer service skills
