Leasing Consultant

Position Overview


Corporate Hiring Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a multifamily housing team in Greenville, SC and Spartanburg, SC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are eager to grow within the multifamily property management industry. Previous multifamily leasing experience is preferred but not required-we are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities


Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment features and community amenities
Qualify prospects and respond to leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Explain lease terms, rental rates, and community policies
Process rental applications and assist with move-ins and renewals
Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase occupancy
Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a positive community experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with property management software is a plus
• Weekend availability may be required
