We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Account Management 1 to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Establish new accounts and process account maintenance items according to service level agreements Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within client/sponsor guidelines Conduct quality control checks of new accounts and account maintenance transactions to ensure accuracy prior to trading Communicate frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience Total of 0 - 5 years work experience preferred Analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑oriented environment; self‑starter Verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems Benefits and rewards BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
