Manager, Communications and Investor Relations

Cogent Biosciences seeks a Manager of Communications and Investor Relations to support integrated communications and investor relations strategy. The role involves developing messaging frameworks, managing social media, coordinating investor activities, and ensuring consistent communication across internal and external channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core messaging framework with Head of IR for consistency across channels
• Execute day-to-day social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms, including content calendar management
• Draft press releases for clinical data, regulatory updates, milestones, and corporate announcements
• Coordinate logistics and materials for investor relations activities including earnings calls and healthcare conferences
• Maintain IR website, investor contact databases, and monitor social media for relevant activity and competitive posts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in publicly traded biotech/biopharma communications, investor relations, or healthcare PR
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats
• Experience with social media management and digital communications platforms
• Knowledge of investor relations practices and financial disclosure requirements
