Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy Associate

The Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for driving incremental high‐quality customer growth by launching and leading direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships. As a Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy Associate on the Acquisition Marketing Campaign Management team, you should be an energetic, motivated and experienced marketing campaign manager to drive best-in-class consumer experiences, serving as a creative marketing lead and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to support key retail marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Job Responsibilities:Serving as the creative marketing lead driving best-in-class consumer experiences Leading internal and external agency briefing and creative developmentManaging campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parametersThinking critically and making recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, drive efficiencies and reduce costsCollaborating with marketing strategy managers to identify opportunities, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting Ensuring strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed Effectively and efficiently working within multiple systems and processes throughout the creative development and campaign process to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launchContributing innovative and creative ideas as well as channel best practicesManaging multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams.
