Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a strong foundation in research, communication, and campaign coordination.

Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities, coordinating the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations, supporting campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization, collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials, monitoring competitor activities and reporting findings to the Marketing Manager, and participating in client project meetings and assisting in proposal development.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRMs), and an analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
