We're looking for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced service, and wants to grow alongside one of Detroit's most respected restaurant teams.

What You'll Do- Execute every dish with consistency, precision, and urgency while maintaining Alpino's culinary standards.
- Prepare and maintain impeccable mise en place for your station before every service.
- Complete daily production efficiently while ensuring all prep is properly labeled, stored, and documented.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to continuously improve execution and service.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization through a clean-as-you-go philosophy.
- Monitor inventory levels, communicate product needs, and assist with receiving deliveries while maintaining quality standards.
- Practice responsible portion control and minimize waste to support food cost goals.
- Foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture built on communication, accountability, and teamwork.
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a chef-driven or casual fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knife skills and solid understanding of classical cooking techniques.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused during high-volume service.
- Pride in consistency, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
- A team-first mentality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Culinary school education is welcomed but not required.
