JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Medical Lab Technician
MLT
Full-Time
Medical Lab Technician candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- · Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology.
- · Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or nurses about abnormal results.
- · Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping.
- · Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Medical Lab Technician
MLT
Full-Time
Medical Lab Technician candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- · Medical laboratory experience preferred. Must have FL STATE license in hand OR IF APPLIED ALREADY. they are willing to train based on any years of experience had.
- · High School Diploma or equivalent required
- · Associates Degree or higher is preferred
- · MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required
- · State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician License
