Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Miami, FL 33126 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Marketing Specialist role requires a multifaceted skill set encompassing digital, social media, print, copywriting, and editorial marketing. This position is pivotal in supporting brand, marketing, and communications strategies while ensuring swift execution and high-quality deliverables. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute marketing initiatives across various channels including website management, display advertising, online reviews, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media. Contribute to the planning of marketing and communications activities by conducting research to identify relevant communication needs. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics including email and social campaigns, web analytics, and ROI. Manage marketing calendars and schedules, coordinating campaigns, events, and related activities. Develop compelling content such as articles, emails, and social media posts to support marketing campaigns. Monitor online reviews and engage with customers to maintain brand reputation. Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Support marketing operations including project management, vendor relations, invoice processing, and policy maintenance. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years in marketing and communications in healthcare or related field. Demonstrated competence in creating various communication materials including brochures, advertisements, web content, and presentations. Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with project management principles. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences. Bilingual is a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS General office working conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Requires manual dexterity for using desktop computers and peripherals. Good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus is required. WORK ENVIRONMENT Noise level usually moderate.
