Our client in Sharon Hill is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Associate to join their growing team!

Job Details Customer Service / Data Entry:

• Monday-Friday 8am-430pm OR 830am-5pm
• $18/hr.
• Casual Work environment
• Healthcare benefits after 30-days

Job Responsibilities Customer Service / Data Entry:

• Handle inbound and outbound calling

• Research and source pricing of products to meet customer needs

• Update and maintain accurate pricing and vendor information in internal databases

• Work in collaboration with the sales team to process customer orders
• Maintain strong communication with vendors

Job Requirements Customer Service / Data Entry:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass drug and background screenings (excludes THC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel
• Ability to work independently and on a team
