• Operate powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts) to keep production moving smoothly.

• Read blueprints and utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems to organize inventory and stage parts accurately.

• Guide and instruct team members to maintain high safety standards and active physical workflow.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and pull lifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.

• Material Management & MRP: Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems to track inventory, locate materials, verify stock levels, and support production flow.

• Blueprint Reading & Assembly Support: Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and staging documents to accurately select, deliver, and organize the correct parts and materials for assembly or shipping.

• Instruction & Guidance: Provide instruction, guidance, and task delegation to junior handlers or team members to maintain workflow standards and adhere to warehouse safety protocols.

• Physical Handling & Staging: Perform heavy manual labor, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and prolonged standing to move bulk inventory and clear operational areas.

• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift inspection checks on powered industrial trucks and ensure strict compliance with company safety procedures and PPE standards.
