Role Description
- Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response Architect experience (Implementation/integration, enhancement and production level design and development support).
- At least 8 years focused on implementing ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response as Architect.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Expertise in designing database tables and relationships.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management and automation platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of the ServiceNow SecOps applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Responsible for sprint demos, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required.
