Entry-Level Accounting Associate
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals to join a growing team in Carson, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on accounting experience and grow their career within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Prepare and enter invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Review and verify accounting documentation for accuracy
- Assist with data entry and administrative accounting tasks
- Work closely with the accounting team on special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 03 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
