Establish and maintain relationships with students’ parents and/or guardians. Teach British Swim School lessons with encouragement and positive reinforcement. Minimum Qualifications Swim instruction or aquatic experience (minimum of 1 year) Ability to instruct swimming lessons within a structured program. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Willing to undergo a background check. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable in and around the water. Previous swimming experience. Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred but not required; will consider training. Experience working with children.
