Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Kansas City, MO Level IIIB NICU New Grads Welcome No Locums RecruitWell is seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri. Join a respected, well-supported regional perinatal referral center delivering exceptional care in a family-centered, technologically advanced environment. This is a non-locums position - new graduates are encouraged to apply. Position Highlights

Facility Type: Regional perinatal referral center
NICU Levels:
- 49-bed Level IIIB NICU
- 15-bed Level IIIA NICU
- Additional Level II NICU and well-baby nursery
Annual Admissions: Over 460 NICU admissions
Advanced Support: Comprehensive neonatal care, advanced ventilator support
Technology: Includes Angel Eye secure video system for families
Schedule: Full-time
Clinical Involvement: QI initiatives, unit function, and educational opportunities encouraged

Requirements

Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Required
- Cannot accept FNP, PNP, PA, or other NP certifications
Missouri license (or eligibility)
